We were supposed to go out and have dinner at the Technohub down the street from our hotel,
Le Monet, in Baguio. Unfortunately it was raining. We were debating whether to have food delivered but decided to try the Japanese Buffet night at the hotel for P650/person.
Admittedly, not a big Japanese food fan but my sister was so we decided to indulge her and just eat in.

Food Experience
The food was good. The chicken, beef and pork dishes were really flavorful. Though they didn't have that many variety of dishes, it was sufficient. My only complaint was the sashimi and tempura station.
Since we were the first one there, we were able to get a decent amount of food. However, when we went back for seconds, they haven't replenished the sashimi and tempura even though a lot of people were standing by waiting. We went back after 15 minutes and still no refill. It was only when we were eating dessert that they finally refilled the station. By then a lot of people were already complaining.
The service also could use a little bit of work. Although the waitstaff were nice, there were only 2-3 manning the table/buffet and some request (like water) were overlooked.
Final Verdict :
The food was okay but limited. Not worth the P650 I paid for. Service was slow. Better use your money to eat somewhere else.
